Different types of incense sticks
- Champa incense – In the preparation of Champa sticks, there are unique and beautiful flowers used like magnolia and nagkesar. It also includes the natural ingredient, Halmaddi. This stick has the fragrance of the Champa flower. Because of the Halmaddi characteristics, the stick can easily absorb moisture and can also feel wet in touch.
- Powder incenses – This powder only contains incense material without having any core support. In a bowl, the powder incense is added to the charcoal disc. The powder gets burned with ignited charcoal and provides an aroma. The incense materials include Amber, Sandalwood, Cinnamon, Coconut, etc. Every different incense material has its own characteristics and unique fragrance.
- Cone incenses – These incenses are a mixture of powders and essential oils. The incense burner which can easily hold the ash is well suited for keeping the cone incense. A pungent aromatic aroma is released in the cone incense which helps in enhancing the fragrance of the whole room. It is basically required during yoga practices and meditation.
